What's With the Title?
The title is a reference to Jackie Chan's " Project A", about an ex-navy man fighting pirates. In the sequel "Project A II", Chan acknowledged the joke when four characters introduced themselves at "Mr. A", "Mr. B", "Mr. C" and "Mr. D".
